1.    Babylon the Harlot: mistress of world, hater of church

2.    The arrogant Harlot will be crushed by those whom she used to tempt and intimidate

3.    False religion hides what is plain to see

4.    The Lord’s faithfulness to Zion, His sinful bride

5.    The Servant of the Lord assembles Zion with the Gospel and His Spirit

6.    Zion is called to go out of Babylon to enjoy peace, righteousness and fruitfulness

1.    What event is Isaiah prophesying which would take place before Christ came?

2.    How does Isaiah compare how Babylon will be seen right before and then right after she falls?

3.    What does it mean that she is the “mistress of the kingdoms”?

4.    What were some of the things that described how she lived?

5.    Why did Babylon feel comfortable living in such wickedness?

6.    What is the reason that God ends the exile of His people in Babylon?

9.    How does God assemble His true Zion?

10.  John uses Babylon and the Harlot to speak of Rome as well. What should their histories teach the church?
